A Vault Top 10 law firm's tax group is hiring a senior associate (5+ years) to work on energy and infrastructure transactions. The team advises on complex tax issues across power generation, energy transition, and related infrastructure projects for corporations, financial institutions, and private funds.

The work:

• Tax structuring for energy and infrastructure financings and acquisitions
• Energy tax credit transactions and mechanisms
• Joint venture formation and documentation
• Tax equity transaction analysis and negotiation
• Partnership tax issues and agreement drafting
• Tax provisions in credit facilities and transaction documents

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of tax experience
• Demonstrated expertise in energy and infrastructure transactions
• Hands-on work with energy tax credits and regulations
• Strong partnership taxation background
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
