The work:

• Managing transactions and client relationships in the technology sector
• Preparing and negotiating commercial agreements with oversight from experienced partners
• Advising on matters involving technology licensing, telecommunications, data protection, and security
• Building relationships with clients and junior team members
• Engaging globally through the firm's international network

What they're looking for:

• Seven or more years of post-qualification legal experience and admission in Australia
• Demonstrated expertise in technology law, telecom, privacy, or security matters
• Ability to manage complex transactions and client expectations independently
• Interest in growth opportunities through lateral moves and international exposure
