Magic Circle firm with substantial Australian and Asia-Pacific real estate presence. This role is in the real estate group advising on transactional matters across property development, infrastructure, and M&A contexts.

The work:

• Advising on property and land tenure requirements for major infrastructure and development projects
• Managing due diligence, drafting and reviewing property-related documentation
• Handling conveyancing and registration across Australian jurisdictions, including PEXA settlement
• Negotiating and drafting contracts for property sales, leases, and related transactions
• Liaising with clients, government bodies, lenders, registries, and other stakeholders
• Advising on real estate implications in M&A and insolvency transactions

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years post-admission experience
• Admission in Australia or Common Law qualified and willing to obtain Australian admission
• Strong real estate regulatory knowledge, particularly in at least one Australian jurisdiction
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• Client-facing presence and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
