This Vault top 20 firm has an opening for a senior associate in its commercial disputes practice in Pittsburgh. The firm is seeking someone prepared to take on substantive litigation work across general commercial matters, class actions, and multi-district disputes.

The work:

• Draft and argue substantive pleadings and motions in state and federal court
• Conduct independent legal research and analysis
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and e-discovery
• Support clients across various industry sectors

What they're looking for:

• 5-8 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strength in legal research and writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Pennsylvania bar admission or eligibility
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Mentorship-ready mindset with interest in advancing to higher responsibility
• Clerkship or law review experience is a plus
