The work:

• Structure open-end and closed-end real estate funds, co-investment vehicles, and related products
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation including partnership agreements, offering documents, and side letters
• Manage investor relations and negotiations during fundraising
• Analyze and monitor regulatory developments affecting real estate fund products and structures

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 6 years of experience at a global firm focusing on real estate funds and investment products
• Demonstrated expertise in open-end and closed-end fund structuring
• Strong knowledge of securities laws and regulatory frameworks governing real estate funds
• Track record representing fund sponsors and investors
