Senior Associate, Multiple US Locations · Leading International Firm

Leading international law firm seeking a senior associate with 7-9 years of litigation experience to join its product liability practice. The team handles complex, high-stakes matters for major corporate clients, with a focus on aviation and transportation sectors.

The work:

• Defend clients in complex product liability litigation spanning discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and trial
• Manage cases with limited oversight and develop case strategy
• Analyze complex legal issues including jurisdiction, choice of law, and related matters
• Work with expert witnesses and support trial and appellate strategy
• Handle multi-jurisdictional disputes for major clients

What they're looking for:

• 7-9 years of litigation experience with demonstrated case management ability
• Excellent legal research and writing skills, shown through clerkship, law review, or publication
• Superior academic credentials
• Appellate clerkship experience strongly preferred
• Background in aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences valued
• Ability to manage complex matters independently

Base compensation: $420,000 annually.
