Senior associate-level position in corporate transactions with a focus on M&A work. The firm seeks an experienced transactional attorney with strong credentials and the ability to manage significant deals from inception through closing. This role offers the opportunity to develop sophisticated transaction capabilities while working alongside partners on complex acquisitions and dispositions.

The work:

• M&A transactions including deal structuring, due diligence, and closing management
• Corporate transaction advice and documentation
• Client counseling and negotiation support
• Participation in multi-disciplinary transaction teams

• 5-7 years of corporate transaction or M&A experience
• Strong academic credentials and law firm background
• Sophisticated understanding of M&A structures and processes
