Securitization Associate, New York · Magic Circle Firm

A top-tier global firm's securitization team advises on complex domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions. This role offers hands-on experience with sophisticated transactions for leading global clients.

The work:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex securitization and structured finance documents
• Advise on whole-business securitizations, rental car financings, fleet lease transactions, and receivables facilities
• Manage key deal components from inception to close
• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists in finance, tax, and regulatory areas

What they're looking for:

• Minimum one year of substantive transactional law firm experience
• JD or LL.M. from accredited law school
• New York Bar admission or eligibility
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Commercial awareness and analytical capabilities
• Experience with debt capital markets transactions a plus
• Base salary $225,000–$310,000, plus performance bonus
