AmLaw 50 capital markets group is expanding its securitization practice with associates who have substantial transaction experience across asset classes. Roles available in three major financial centers, working on CLOs, CMBS, repo, and asset-backed lending structures.

The work:

• Structure and document securitizations across CLO, CMBS, repo, and ABL asset classes
• Advise on transaction mechanics and cash flow design
• Negotiate and draft definitive agreements for complex finance deals
• Counsel corporate and real estate clients on deal structure and documentation
• Manage deal execution from term sheet through closing

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of substantial securitization or structured finance experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Proven law firm experience executing transactions
• Deep expertise in at least one major securitization type (CLO, CMBS, or repo)
• Ability to advise clients on product structures and legal documentation strategy

Base compensation: $260,000 to $435,000, plus annual and discretionary performance bonuses, and firm benefits.
