A Vault top 10 firm's capital markets practice is building its structured finance team. The work centers on securitization transactions—CLOs, CMBS, repo agreements, and asset-backed lending—across transactional structures and occasionally related disputes. The practice also handles structured products and finance tied to real estate and corporate assets.

The work:

• Securitization transactions (CLOs, CMBS, repo facilities, ABL structures)
• Structured finance and structured product work
• Real estate and corporate finance components
• Documentation, deal negotiation, and regulatory compliance

What they're looking for:

• 3–8 years of structured finance experience at a major law firm
• Strong academic credentials and solid work history at a top firm
• Experience in any of: securitization, CLO work, CMBS, repo, or ABL finance
• Base salary $260,000–$435,000, plus annual and discretionary bonuses
