Securities Litigation Associate, Los Angeles · AmLaw 100 Firm

A partnership-track associate role in the securities litigation practice at an AmLaw 100 firm. You'll defend securities class actions and regulatory investigations involving complex federal securities laws. The work demands strong analytical and writing skills, with substantial focus on PSLRA matters and motion practice. You'll take ownership of case responsibilities and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with senior litigation partners.

The work:

• Defense of securities class actions and regulatory investigations
• Analysis and application of federal securities laws, particularly PSLRA provisions
• Motion practice, discovery management, and legal strategy development
• Client counseling and case strategy discussions
• Collaboration with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of defense-side securities litigation experience at a nationally recognized law firm
• California State Bar admission
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage case responsibilities independently and take ownership
• Demonstrated judgment and client service orientation
• Comfort working in a demanding, fast-moving environment
