The work:

  • Handling U.S. International Trade Commission investigations under Section 337
  • Addressing domestic industry requirements, remedies, and enforcement issues
  • Drafting motions, briefs, and strategy memoranda
  • Developing positions on technical and procedural aspects of ITC cases
  • Supporting team across multiple concurrent investigations

What they're looking for:

  • Three to six years of Section 337 and ITC litigation experience
  • Substantial participation in at least two Section 337 cases
  • Strong grounding in intellectual property law
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Bar admission in the relevant state (or commitment to obtain it)
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively under pressure
