Section 337 Litigation Associate, Multiple US Locations · National Law Firm
A mid-level position with a national law firm conducting Section 337 litigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission. The role focuses on intellectual property disputes in international trade matters.
The work:
- Handling U.S. International Trade Commission investigations under Section 337
- Addressing domestic industry requirements, remedies, and enforcement issues
- Drafting motions, briefs, and strategy memoranda
- Developing positions on technical and procedural aspects of ITC cases
- Supporting team across multiple concurrent investigations
What they're looking for:
- Three to six years of Section 337 and ITC litigation experience
- Substantial participation in at least two Section 337 cases
- Strong grounding in intellectual property law
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Bar admission in the relevant state (or commitment to obtain it)
- Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively under pressure
