This Am Law 200 firm has offices in Washington DC and Atlanta and is building its retail real estate team. They handle complex commercial transactions across the retail sector.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating retail leases for both landlords and tenants
• Purchase and sale agreements for retail properties (representing buyers and sellers)
• Reciprocal easement agreements
• Supporting broader commercial transactions in retail

What they're looking for:

• Junior associates with zero to three years of experience (retail experience not required)
• Strong academic background and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed approach with ability to collaborate effectively
