Restructuring & Insolvency Associate, Los Angeles · AmLaw 100

An AmLaw 100 firm's financial services group is recruiting junior-to-mid-level associates for restructuring and insolvency work. You'll represent secured and unsecured creditors, commercial lenders, and financial institutions in receivership and judgment enforcement matters across state and federal courts.

The work:

• Represent clients in receivership cases and judgment enforcement matters
• Handle complex bankruptcy litigation and insolvency-related proceedings
• Work in state and federal court settings
• Build client relationships and manage matters alongside senior attorneys

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in restructuring, insolvency litigation, or creditor representation
• Background representing secured or unsecured creditors or commercial lenders
• Litigation and court experience
• Career interest in partnership track
• Collaborative work style and ability to engage with complex, substantive matters
