The work focuses on large-scale restructurings both in and out of bankruptcy, with emphasis on creditor representation, particularly secured creditors. The team handles both transactional restructurings and restructuring litigation, offering broad exposure to complex financial workouts.

• Large restructurings in and out of bankruptcy
• Creditor representation, particularly secured creditors
• Transactional restructuring work

• Financial workout negotiations and documentation

• 3–6 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience at a major law firm
• Demonstrated work in large, complex restructurings
• Experience representing creditors, especially secured creditors
• Mix of transactional and litigation exposure
• Base salary $260,000–$390,000, plus performance and discretionary bonuses
