A Vault Top 10 global firm's restructuring team seeks an associate with 3 to 5 years of insolvency experience to join its Miami or New York office. The group handles in-court chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings for significant clients.

The work:

• Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and debtor/creditor litigation
• Out-of-court restructuring matters
• Drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Client counseling on restructuring strategy

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of restructuring or bankruptcy experience
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred
• Admitted to the Florida or New York Bar
• Ability to work across global, culturally diverse teams
• Base compensation: $260,000 to $365,000 (varies by office)
