Restructuring Associate, Dallas · Vault Top 20 Firm

A top-ranked restructuring practice at a Vault 20 firm seeks associates with substantial experience in contentious and out-of-court restructurings. You'll represent creditors, investors, and distressed companies in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, including significant exposure to Latin American and Eastern European cross-border matters.

The work:

• U.S. and multinational insolvency and restructuring proceedings
• Contested Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters
• Complex cross-border transactions
• First and second lien lending, bondholder, and hedge fund representation
• Trial and appellate court work in complex bankruptcy matters

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of substantive restructuring or insolvency experience
• Track record advising creditors, investors, and distressed companies on large-scale matters
• Strong academic background from top-tier law school
• Prior experience at an Am Law 30 or higher-ranked firm
