Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate, Multiple US Locations · Leading Energy Practice

Seeking a Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate to join a renewable energy practice. This role provides hands-on experience in renewable energy development and financing transactions with institutional clients.

The work:

• Handle wind, solar, and battery storage real estate transactions
• Work through development and financing phases
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Build client relationships with institutional players

What they're looking for:

• 5-7 years of renewable energy or real estate transaction experience
• Active bar license in your jurisdiction (or commitment to obtain)
• Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to client service
