The work:

• Represent clients in public M&A transactions across multiple industries
• Handle securities law and regulatory matters for public company deals
• Work with clients in technology, life sciences, real estate, and financial services
• Advise on both sell-side and buy-side transactions
• Develop versatile M&A capabilities

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years of substantial M&A and transactional experience
• Deep expertise in public company transactions and securities law
• Technology and/or life sciences experience preferred
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm background
• Strong communication skills
• Bar admission required or immediate eligibility
