This firm's real estate practice is seeking a litigation associate to handle commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial foreclosure actions, and related real estate matters. The role offers growth opportunities in a collegial environment.

The work:

• Represent clients in commercial landlord-tenant and commercial foreclosure disputes
• Handle motion practice, discovery, and e-discovery for commercial real estate litigation
• Prepare court pleadings and briefs with strong legal research and writing
• Conduct courtroom work and litigation management

• At least 4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Substantial background in commercial landlord-tenant disputes
• Willingness to develop expertise in commercial foreclosure practice
