Real Estate Litigation Associate, Miami · Leading National Real Estate Firm

A leading national real estate firm seeks a litigation associate for its Miami office to handle commercial real estate disputes. You'll represent institutional clients and private parties in landlord-tenant litigation, commercial foreclosure actions, and other real estate controversies. The practice focuses on motion practice, discovery, trial work, and negotiated resolutions.

The work:

• Litigating commercial landlord-tenant disputes from initial notice through judgment
• Handling commercial foreclosure actions including complaint drafting and trial advocacy
• Managing motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and trial preparation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Representing clients in settlement negotiations and court proceedings

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Demonstrated competence in motion practice, discovery, and courtroom work
• Experience in or willingness to develop commercial landlord-tenant and foreclosure expertise
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Florida bar admission or immediate eligibility
• Miami-based; office attendance required three days per week
