Real Estate Litigation Associate, Atlanta · Vault Top Tier Firm

Major national law firm seeks a litigation associate for its Real Estate practice in Atlanta. This role focuses on commercial real estate disputes and involves substantive motion practice, discovery work, and courtroom representation.

The work:

• Handle commercial landlord-tenant disputes and litigation matters
• Manage commercial foreclosure proceedings, including preparation of notices and pleadings
• Conduct motion practice, discovery management, and e-discovery work
• Develop strong legal research and writing capabilities
• Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience with demonstrated motion and courtroom work
• Background in or willingness to develop commercial landlord-tenant and foreclosure litigation expertise
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
• Licensed or able to become licensed in Georgia
• Commitment to office presence (minimum 3 days per week on-site in Atlanta)
