Real Estate Investment and Finance Associate, New York and Charlotte · Am Law 100

This Am Law 100 firm's Real Estate Investment and Finance group is building its team in New York and Charlotte. They're looking for associates with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in complex commercial real estate transactions at nationally or regionally recognized firms.

The work:

• Manage debt and equity transactions from origination through closing
• Draft transactional documents, including loan agreements and related materials
• Conduct due diligence reviews, including title and survey analysis
• Oversee all aspects of transaction closings and documentation management
• Work across a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in complex commercial real estate
• Admission to the North Carolina or New York bar (or eligibility by waiver)
• Strong legal analysis and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with ownership mentality
• Sound judgment in high-pressure closing environments

Compensation is market-competitive, ranging from $235,000 to $365,000 based on experience and class year.
