An Am Law 100 firm with a nationally recognized Real Estate Finance practice is seeking junior associates in Washington, DC or New York. The team specializes in commercial multifamily transactions and is the primary legal resource for lenders and loan servicers in this sector. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career attorneys to develop transactional expertise in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The work:

• Handle commercial real estate finance transactions
• Specialize in multifamily and other commercial lending arrangements
• Draft and negotiate loan documentation and ancillary agreements
• Work directly with lenders and loan servicers
• Develop foundational transactional and closing skills

What they're looking for:

• Junior associates with 1-4 years of legal experience, or recent law school graduates
• Strong work ethic and academic credentials
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate finance, particularly multifamily
• Licensed in good standing or eligible to waive into Washington, DC or New York
• Commitment to learning and growing within the practice

The firm offers $225,000–$295,000 based on experience level.
