A national real estate finance practice is seeking mid-level associates to join one of several U.S. offices. The firm handles sophisticated real estate lending transactions, with a focus on balance sheet bank lending.

The work:

• Manage complex real estate finance and lending transactions
• Prepare and negotiate loan documents and related agreements
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on sophisticated matters
• Collaborate with clients on transaction execution and compliance

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 8 years of law firm experience
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Prior experience with balance sheet bank lending (preferred)
