The work:

• Negotiate, draft, and structure real estate lending documentation for institutional lenders and borrowers
• Work on balance sheet bank lending transactions (exposure valued but not required)
• Conduct due diligence and support complex financing structures
• Build relationships with repeat lenders and borrowers
• Support senior attorneys on transaction strategy

• 3-8 years at a law firm focused on finance or real estate transactions
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Superior academic background
• Interest in structured real estate finance and client relationship development
