Real Estate Finance Associate, Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA · Leading Real Estate Firm

A leading real estate firm is recruiting an associate for its Los Angeles or San Francisco office to handle sophisticated financing transactions for commercial properties. You'll work with institutional investors and developers on acquisition, financing, and development deals across retail, industrial, and commercial assets. Salary: $250,000–$300,000 annually.

The work:

• Close and structure financing transactions for commercial properties
• Advise lenders and borrowers on debt and equity arrangements
• Process acquisitions and sales of commercial property portfolios
• Support property leasing and development initiatives
• Counsel clients on real estate asset optimization

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience as an associate in commercial real estate
• Track record working with buyers, sellers, and financial institutions
• Familiarity with acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development
• California State Bar admission
• Strong negotiation and transaction execution skills
