Real Estate Finance Associate, District of Columbia; New York; Charlotte · Vault Top 30 Firm

Vault Top 30 firm seeking real estate finance associates to work on commercial lending and property finance transactions.

The work:

• Represent lenders, including banks, insurers, and debt funds in commercial property financing
• Title, survey, lease, and commercial property diligence
• Loan origination for commercial real estate securitization and syndication
• Mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions
• Representation of property owners, developers, and equity investors on finance-related matters

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years in commercial real estate finance and lending
• Experience with lender representation and property diligence
• Exposure to securitization, syndication, and mezzanine lending preferred
• Ability to work across varied practice including leasing
• Admitted to practice; J.D. from ABA-accredited school

Base salary $225K-$390K, plus performance and discretionary bonuses. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and relocation support available.
