Real Estate Finance Associate, Charlotte · Leading National Law Firm

A leading national law firm with substantial real estate capital markets capability is seeking a mid-to-senior associate in Charlotte with commercial real estate finance experience. You'll work on high-value transactions across origination, structured products, and distressed debt.

The work:

• Structuring and closing commercial real estate debt financings, including mortgage loans and securitized products
• Representing lenders and investors in acquisition and refinancing transactions
• Handling workouts and restructurings of distressed commercial real estate positions
• Supporting acquisitions and sales of commercial property

What they're looking for:

• 4-8 years of real estate finance experience
• Solid foundation in commercial real estate transactions and lending structures
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in-office in Charlotte (expectation of at least three days per week)
• Willingness to deepen expertise in capital markets and structured products
