Real Estate Capital Markets Finance Associate, Atlanta · Vault Top Tier Firm

Major national law firm's Real Estate Capital Markets practice seeks a mid to senior-level associate to join its Atlanta team. This is substantive work focused on commercial real estate financing and structured debt transactions.

The work:

• Represent lenders in origination and closing of mortgage loans and complex structured debt transactions
• Manage workouts and restructurings of distressed commercial real estate loans
• Support purchases and sales of commercial property and related debt refinancings
• Develop strong capabilities in drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

What they're looking for:

• 4-8 years of commercial real estate finance experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Licensed or able to become licensed in Georgia
• Commitment to office presence (minimum 3 days per week on-site in Atlanta)
