Real estate attorney joining a top AmLaw 100 firm's Pittsburgh office to lead M&A due diligence and complex commercial transactions. You'll manage real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and financing deals, combining technical property expertise with strategic business judgment.

The work:

• Lead end-to-end real estate due diligence for M&A transactions
• Review and analyze leases, title reports, surveys, zoning compliance, and property restrictions
• Identify risks, liabilities, and financial exposure in real estate assets
• Prepare due diligence reports, executive summaries, and risk assessments
• Draft and negotiate acquisition, sale, and lease agreements
• Coordinate closing deliverables and post-closing obligations
• Support deal teams with real estate issue resolution and transaction strategy

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' transactional real estate experience
• Strong expertise in lease drafting and negotiation
• Solid understanding of title, zoning, and property rights
• Knowledge of M&A processes and deal structures
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• Detail-oriented with excellent written communication
• J.D. from accredited law school
