A global law firm's real estate practice in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced attorney to strengthen its commercial and residential transaction work. This senior-level position offers scope to advance into practice leadership.

The work:

• Manage commercial and residential real estate deals from negotiation through closing
• Prepare and refine purchase agreements, lease documents, and financing arrangements
• Review title work and surveys for accuracy and risk
• Assess deal structure and help clients understand transaction risks and opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and private clients
• Participate in practice development and team growth

What they're looking for:

• 8+ years of real estate transaction experience, predominantly commercial work
• Florida Bar membership in good standing
• Strong writing and negotiation capabilities
