You'll handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and construction financing matters. The role offers direct client interaction and transaction management responsibility, with mentorship from experienced practitioners. Requires admission to practice in Washington, D.C. and experience in a large law firm setting. Compensation $260K–$350K depending on background.
