Real Estate Associate, San Francisco · Vault Top 30 Firm

A leading national law firm seeks a mid-level real estate associate to join its transactions team. You'll manage complex financings for lenders and borrowers, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint ventures across office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets.

The work:

• Handle structured real estate debt financings and equity arrangements
• Manage acquisitions and dispositions across multiple property sectors
• Negotiate and document joint venture structures
• Draft transaction agreements and work through closings
• Support clients through all aspects of real estate deal execution

What they're looking for:

• Three to four years practicing real estate transactions
• Working knowledge of real estate finance and property structures
• Bar admission or immediate eligibility
• Strong writing and negotiation ability
• Prior law firm experience preferred
