AmLaw Top 5 firm seeks a mid-level real estate associate (4-6 years) to join its Pittsburgh practice. The team advises on complex commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, joint ventures, and development projects.

The work:

• Draft, negotiate, and review purchase agreements, leases, and deal documents
• Conduct due diligence on title, survey, zoning, and property issues
• Structure deals, coordinate closings, and manage timelines
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with advisors
• Advise on complex transaction issues
• Supervise junior team members

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of commercial real estate or real estate finance transaction experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency with title, survey, zoning, and property rights analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving ability on complex legal issues
• JD from accredited law school, Pennsylvania bar admission or eligibility
