A Vault Top 30 global law firm seeks a real estate associate with 3+ years of transactional experience to join its Philadelphia office. You'll manage client relationships and transactions across the spectrum of commercial real estate work.

The work:

• Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
• Real estate financing transactions
• Real estate development and land use/zoning matters
• Commercial leasing transactions
• Client relationship management on small-to-mid-sized matters and portions of larger transactions

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of transactional real estate experience in large law firms, boutiques, or mid-size practices
• Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and opposing counsel
• Ability to manage matters efficiently and work collaboratively
• Excellent legal research and analysis capabilities
