Real Estate Associate, New York · Vault Top 30 Firm

A commercial real estate role combining active deal work with partnership-track opportunity at a Vault Top 30 firm. You'll advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing transactions across property types. The group values hands-on exposure and client interaction for developing lawyers.

The work:

• Acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures
• Commercial property purchase, sale, and leasing transactions
• Drafting and negotiating deal documentation
• Client relationship management and deal execution

What they're looking for:

• 3-7 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm
• Licensed or eligible for admission to the New York State Bar
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Data center development or leasing background preferred (not required)
