Real Estate Associate, New York · Vault Top 10 Firm

A top-tier firm's Real Estate Investments and Transactions group is building out its New York practice. You'll advise institutional clients—private equity funds, asset managers, real estate funds, REITs, and investment banks—on complex commercial real estate deals.

The work:

• Negotiate and draft joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents
• Structure and manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
• Handle debt and equity financing arrangements
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence (title, survey, zoning, leasing, environmental matters)
• Manage client relationships and stay current on market developments

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years at a large law firm
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Active New York bar admission or eligible to apply promptly
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Experience using AI tools responsibly in legal work is preferred
