Vault Top 10 real estate firm seeking an experienced transactional associate for its development practice in New York. You'll handle sophisticated development projects, public-private partnerships, and related real estate transactions, working closely with partners on deals from negotiation through closing.

The work:

• Structure development agreements, regulatory agreements, and transactional documents
• Advise on NYC development incentive programs and regulatory compliance
• Conduct real estate due diligence including title, survey, and entitlement review
• Support the full lifecycle of complex development projects in New York City
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development

• 4 or more years of hands-on real estate development or related transactional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in New York real estate transactions and entitlements
• Strong written and oral communication skills
