A Vault top 10 firm's Real Estate practice seeks a mid-level associate with 3–4 years of transaction experience. The group advises clients on complex financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across commercial real estate.

The work:

• Representing lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions
• Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and partnerships
• Counseling on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential assets
• Advising across office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality sectors
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation

What they're looking for:

• 3–4 years in real estate transactional practice
• Proven experience with financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and asset dispositions
• Knowledge of multiple real estate asset classes and deal structures
• Strong academic background and bar admission (or eligibility)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
