Magic Circle firm seeking mid to senior-level real estate associate for its New York office. This role handles complex real estate transactions across acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing structures, with supervisory responsibilities for junior attorneys.

The work:

• Complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, and sales
• Private equity and REIT work
• Leasing transactions and entity structuring
• Due diligence and transaction documentation
• Supervision of junior attorneys

What they're looking for:

• 5 to 8 years of real estate transaction experience (law school class years 2017–2021)
• JD from accredited U.S. law school
• Strong background in acquisitions, joint ventures, and leasing
• Prior experience at peer law firms
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in the practice area

Compensation range: $365,000–$435,000
