Real Estate Associate, New York · Leading Entertainment and Real Estate Firm

A leading entertainment and real estate firm's New York office is hiring an associate with 2-5 years of law firm experience in commercial real estate transactions.

The work:

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and joint ventures
• Structure and document complex transactions and partnership arrangements
• Manage distressed situations and workouts as needed
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents and agreements
• Support clients through transaction lifecycle and manage concurrent matters

What they're looking for:

• Law firm experience, preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm
• Strong drafting and analytical capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently and collaboratively
• Verbal and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams

Compensation: $215K-$285K annually based on experience.
