Global Am Law 100 firm with Band 1 real estate practice (Chambers & Partners) seeks a mid-level to senior associate with 5-9 years of real estate experience. Work covers acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, and joint ventures across New York and national matters. Salary $365,000-$435,000 plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The work:

• Lead real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions
• Structure and negotiate joint ventures and operating arrangements
• Handle real estate financing and refinancing transactions
• Manage leasing transactions and agreements
• Work through all stages of deal execution with clients and teams

• Strong interpersonal skills and judgment in complex transactions
