Real Estate Associate, New York · Established Real Estate Firm

Established commercial real estate practice seeking a mid-level associate with substantial transactional experience. Focus areas are acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and construction.

The work:

• Represent clients on acquisitions, sales, and lease transactions
• Guide design, permitting, and construction work on development projects
• Draft and review real estate agreements and documentation
• Work directly with partners and senior attorneys on complex deals

What they're looking for:

• 4 to 7 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm (not structured finance)
• Strong writing and analytical skills; meticulous attention to detail
• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing
• Self-directed, collaborative, client-focused approach

Compensation is lock-step based on experience: $310k–$405k annually, plus benefits and bonus eligibility. Part-time or flexible arrangements available for qualified candidates.
