Real Estate Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 10 Firm

This Vault Top 10 firm's real estate practice advises investors, developers, and financial institutions on complex transactions across asset classes. The team handles significant volume in digital infrastructure and data center projects, a rapidly growing segment spanning hyperscale and colocation acquisitions, leasing, development, and platform investments.

The work:

• Draft, review, and negotiate principal transactional documents including purchase agreements, leases, joint ventures, development agreements, and financing documents
• Support acquisition, disposition, and development of data center and digital infrastructure assets and platforms
• Assist with commercial leasing matters, including hyperscale and colocation lease arrangements
• Manage due diligence processes for title, survey, and project-level diligence
• Collaborate across practices including corporate, finance, tax, and infrastructure to structure and execute transactions
• Support domestic and cross-border deal structuring and execution

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate transaction experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, and/or real estate financing
• Preferred: experience with data center leasing, ground leases, build-to-suit transactions, or large-scale commercial leasing
• Ability to draft and negotiate principal transaction documents
• Demonstrated skill managing due diligence processes and working across practice areas
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Base salary: $225,000 (2026)
