Leading environmental law firm seeks real estate attorneys for its real estate and environmental law practice. The firm is growing and open to candidates at junior, mid-level, senior associate, and counsel positions across multiple U.S. offices.

The work:

• Handle real estate transactions with environmental and land use components
• Advise on environmental compliance for real estate development and acquisitions
• Navigate land use and zoning considerations for property development
• Support clients through environmental review and permitting processes
• Manage property transactions from origination through closing

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate, environmental, or land use experience
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and their impact on real estate
• Real estate transaction experience
• Ability to manage multiple matters
• Willingness to be based in one of the firm's U.S. offices (Seattle, Houston, Washington DC, or Bay Area)
