Real Estate Associate, Multiple US Locations · Global Law Powerhouse

Midlevel to senior associate position in real estate serving a global law firm with a substantial real estate platform. You'll advise clients across multiple offices on property acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, development, and complex joint ventures.

The work:

• Counsel on purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets and portfolios
• Handle comprehensive real estate due diligence and complex transactions
• Work on commercial and industrial leasing transactions and development matters
• Support joint venture structures, negotiations, and ongoing advisory
• Provide direct client counsel and independently lead significant projects
• Collaborate across the firm's multi-office US real estate platform

What they're looking for:

• 3-8 years of real estate transaction experience in sophisticated law firms
• Strong background advising on acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and development
• Experience with complex real estate transactions and due diligence preferred
• Self-starter who works independently and collaboratively within teams
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service
• Strong academic credentials and ability to manage multiple matters
• Demonstrated ability to assume increasing responsibility and direct client contact
