2nd-4th year associate in commercial real estate finance and transactional practice. The role focuses on document drafting and negotiation for acquisitions, financing, and leasing across commercial property types including office, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality assets.

The work:

• Acquisition purchase and sale agreement drafting and negotiation
• Loan documentation for construction and permanent financing structures
• Leasing documentation for commercial, retail, and multifamily properties
• Development agreements and joint venture structuring
• Easements, CC&Rs, and property management documentation
• Client communication and transaction management

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of commercial real estate and financing transaction experience
• Demonstrated capability in real estate document drafting and negotiation
• Direct client and partner interaction
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Active bar admission; bar admission requirements vary by office
• Real estate development or joint venture experience a plus
