Join an AmLaw 50 firm's real estate practice across our US network. You'll advise clients on complex property transactions—acquisitions, sales, and financings—while building deeper expertise in development, due diligence, and joint ventures. With three to eight years of experience, you're ready to take on more complex matters and assume greater client contact under close mentorship from senior lawyers.

The work:

• Advise on purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets
• Handle real estate due diligence on significant transactions
• Manage leasing transactions for commercial and institutional clients
• Support real estate development projects
• Advise on joint venture structures and agreements
• Provide research and analysis on regulatory and transactional matters

What they're looking for:

• Three to eight years of experience in real estate transactions
• Solid foundation in acquisitions, sales, and property financing
• Track record managing due diligence and complex negotiations
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with peers
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Dedication to client success

Compensation: $225,000–$400,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
