Established global law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level real estate attorney for their growing practice. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple offices, with preferred placement in western US locations.

The work:

• Acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
• Real estate development and land use matters
• Commercial lease agreements
• Real estate financing structures
• Managing matters independently or as part of larger deals
• Client and stakeholder communications

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 8 years of transactional real estate experience from a law firm
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Ability to manage small to mid-sized matters independently
• Self-directed team player mindset
• Compensation in the $235k-$390k range, based on experience and location
